বরং এই বিষয়গুলি জানার পর বাস্তব কাজের সময় কিছূ প্রশ্ন এসে হাজির হয়। এগুলির উত্তর তত সহজে পাওয়া যায় না। অথচ এগুলি না জেনে কাজ করা সম্ভব হয় না।

কাজের জন্য কত নেয়া যায় : ফ্রিল্যান্সারের কাছে অত্যন্ত জটিল একটি প্রশ্ন। যে কাজ করতে চান সেই কাজের জন্য কত চাইবেন। বেশি চাইলে কাজ পাবেন না, একেবারে কম চাইলে প্রথমত আপনার দক্ষতা নিয়ে প্রশ্ন উঠবে, আবার কাজ পেলেও যে আয় হবে সেটা পরিশ্রমের তুলনায় কম হতে পারে।
কোন কাজের জন্য কত পারিশ্রমিক চাইবেন সেটা আগেই বিশ্লেষন করে নিন। স্বাভাবিকভাবে শুরুতে কম টাকায় কাজের চেষ্টা করা ভাল। পরবর্তীতে অভিজ্ঞতার সাথে মিল রেখে এই পরিমান বাড়ানোর যেতে পারে।

প্রথম কাজ কিভাবে পাওয়া যাবে : বলা হয় প্রথম কাজ পাওয়া সবচেয়ে কঠিন। কিভাবে কাজের চেষ্টা করতে হয় থেকে শুরু করে কিভাবে যোগাযোগ করতে হয় ইত্যাদি কোনকিছুই যখন জানা নেই।ফ্রিল্যান্সিং সাইটের নিয়মগুলি ভালভাবে পড়ে, অন্যদের কাজ দেখে যত বেশি সম্ভব ধারনা পেতে চেষ্টা করুন। সম্ভব হলে পরিচিত কোন ফ্রিল্যান্সারের সাহায্য নিন।

ক্লায়েন্ট সন্তুষ্ট না হলে কি করবেন : অনেকে শুরুতেই ভয় পান, তার কাজে ক্লায়েন্ট অসন্তুষ্ট হতে পারেন। জেনে রাখা ভাল, আপনি কতটা দক্ষ, অভিজ্ঞ, কাজে কত নিয়মানুবর্তি তাতে কিছু যায় আসে না, কোন কোন ক্লায়েন্ট অনস্তুষ্ট হবেনই। এটা স্বাভাবিক ধরে নিয়ে কাজ করাই ভাল। সাধারন নিয়ম, ক্লায়েন্টের সাথে কখনও তর্ক করবেন না। অপছন্দ হলে অন্য ক্লায়েন্ট খোজ করুন।
